In my own way, I have walked the path of sexual shame, pain and deep fear, navigating trauma, vaginismus, and the exhausting cycle of pelvic pain and dysfunction, the endless looming threat of hysterectomy from age 16, full body autoimmune dis-ease, the joy of recovery of a life-long partnership……to becoming a mama, in the confusing midst and the aching void of pregnancy loss….
Just like you, I’m also human, I’m freakin messy and ……..and I’m still learning! I make mistakes, But, I’m willing to repair, to learn more. I definitely do not have everything figured out, and my house is sometimes more….than….. I’m a lot of juicy contradictions, I love pelvic health, but at 5" foot I”m also a sucker for a good heel. I love play, floofery and artistry, but I will also sit in the ugly raw earth ugly cry…
Personally, I am a mama to three sons, each their own magic, music, and starshine. I am still wildly in love with my Beloved of 25 years.
When I’m not immersed in all things Coaching and Therapies, you’ll most likely find me with my sons, in the sea, hula hooping, dancing my wild, living my best DJ life, soothing my soul with my cello, or on a hot date with my love! — Just not all at once!

My own experience showed me first hand how mainstream sexual, pelvic and reproductive health care frequently fails to provide a truly integrative approach to vaginismus recovery, fertility health challenges and support in motherhood. So I sought something better. With every training I took, I had you and your journey in mind.
